From the moment I made the first phone call inquiring about installing a pool until job completion, I felt confident in Signature Pool’s ability to accomplish our vision of a backyard getaway. Todd took the time to answer all of our questions, was very informative, and offered some very detailed design plans. Jim was very efficient in getting all of our plans in and permits approved by the village along with making sure everything on our pool was working properly. Tom was very professional during the installation process and the pool was completed sooner than estimated.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anybody seriously considering installing a pool. The durability and very low maintenance of the fiberglass pool in combination with the great work done by your company of planning and installing the pool has left our family feeling secure we made the right decision. We can hardly bring ourselves to close it down in anticipation of one more warm day.
