This spring I contacted Signature Pools for a quote to install an in-ground fiberglass pool. Regional Sales and Design Manager, Todd Emmerson, came to my house and met with me. Signature was the fourth and final fiberglass pool company that I interviewed. I was impressed by Todd’s demeanor, knowledge and professionalism, as well as the products and services he had to offer. He was extremely helpful and sincerely wanted to help me make the most of my backyard at the best price. I was already working with a landscape architect and Todd was more than happy to coordinate and work with her as well. Signature Pools is a full service pool company. They don’t just drop in the pool shell and move on, leaving you to find electricians, plumbers and deal with permits. They do it all and it makes you life much easier. The whole process went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion. Todd and the staff at Signature Pools were always very friendly, helpful and quick to resolve any questions or problems I encountered during my first season of pool ownership. I just wanted to say thanks for an easy and smooth sales and installation process. We love our fiberglass pool! We couldn’t believe we were able to swim in our new pool in only two weeks from the time installation began!
We have two dogs and don’t have to worry about liners ripping or tearing. Our dogs have been swimming right along with us.
Todd Emmerson was wonderful, whether he had ro run out to drop something off or to show a sample he stayed our contact throughout the entire process. He helped make the whole pool construction process very smooth!

Mike and I decided to use a fiberglass pool because it is virtually maintenance free and we don’t have to worry about it cracking. From what we were told, it could last forever. We also liked the idea that it was ready made and that it didn’t take much time to have it installed. The sales process was very easy. We were given many different styles of fiberglass pools to choose from and the salesman helped us determine what would work best for our yard and our needs. He also helped us pick colors for our tile and stamped concrete.
The installation process for the pool was very quick. They dug the hole the week we received the permit and the pool was in the ground shortly after. The only thing that took any time was waiting to get inspections from our city. Tom, the owner, was helpful with that process and they even made an effort to finish the job in time for our son’s 3rd birthday on the 4th of July. We are extremely happy with the way our pool looks. We get compliments all the time from our friends and neighbors!

You and your team make owning a pool so easy. We are able to reach you with questions; your responsiveness is second to none.
The fiberglass pool allows us so much time to enjoy our investment. There is truly very little maintenance; we pretty much just open the cover each day and enjoy! No scrubbing, no cracking, no adding lots of chemicals, no liners to worry about if the children have toys in the pool.
Your recommendation of the automatic cover has really paid off. Not only do we have complete peace of mind that our pool has a top of the line safety feature, but we have very few leaves and other debris in the pool. It also saves on water evaporation.

This letter is both a thank you and a recommendation for Todd Emmerson and Tom McNelis of Signature Pools & Spas, Inc. Our decision as to what type of pool to install was at the beginning a frustrating and confusing decision. However, with Todd’s knowledge and experience, the choice to install a fiberglass pool and use Signature Pool’s has made us (and all of our friends) quite happy. Other company’s either had unreasonable payment terms or lacked responsiveness. Additionally, having Todd and his associates handle the permit process was a great stress reliever.
We were very satisfied with the installation and construction of our pool and were amazed at how Tom and his crew maneuvered the equipment and pool through the existing landscape and narrow work area caused by easements on our property.

Todd worked closely with my wife and I to provide a realistic layout and plan for the placement and installation of our pool. He also worked with our landscaper and sprinkler system provider to help coordinate the project. He came across to us as being not only knowledgeable regarding his business, but also honest in his appraisal.
We met Tom McNelis during the installation, which was not an easy one. The reason is that our lot, while large, has many trees and we wanted the pool placed directly behind our residence to afford both safety and privacy. This entailed manuevering a 20,000 gallon fiberglass pool around trees and into the back of the house without damage to our house, our neighbor’s house, or to the pool itself – not a small task. Tom personally supervised the operation, which resulted in a perfectly placed pool.
People make a business successful, and with the experience and work ethic that Tom and Todd have, Signature Pools should be a great success. I highly recommend them.
