Aspen Pool

The Aspen pool from Thursday Pools is one of the most popular fiberglass pools in the world! It is a beautifully designed rectangle pool with a built in tanning ledge/sun shelf area.

The Aspen pool is available in five different sizes so there is a size available to meet the needs of almost anyone. The largest size is 40′ x 16′ and it’s followed by a 35′ x 16′ version. Two 14′ wide versions exist with lengths of 35′ and 30′. Rounding out this pool model is the 25′ x 12′ model that is perfect for those with a smaller space or those looking for more of a plunge pool size, but still want a built in tanning ledge.

The built in tanning ledge/sun shelf area is approximately 1′ deep which is a perfect depth for adults to lay back and relax. It’s also a perfect space for small children to safely plan in the water (with adult supervision). Optional bubbler water features, that we highly recommend, can also be added to the tanning ledge/sun shelf portion of the pool. Next to the tanning ledge area is a bench that can fit several adults.

All sizes of the Aspen pool come with a built in bench next to the tanning ledge in the shallow end as well as a deep end bench on each side of the pool. The two deep end benches also feature an additional entry/exit step. With a max depth ranging from 5′ 1″ – 5′ 10″ this pool offers plenty of usable space for pool activities.

The Goliath Pool by Thursday Pools

The Goliath model pool from Thursday Pools is a great choice for those looking for a rectangle pool with built in bench seating that still has an open swim lane for swimming laps. Being a perfect rectangle shaped pool any of the Goliath pools can be equipped with an undermounted automatic pool cover.

The Goliath pool was originally available in just three sizes (33′ x 16′, 37′ x 16′, and 41′ x 16′). Because of the overwhelming demand for this pool, three additional sizes were recently added to the lineup (33′ x 14′, 29′ x 14′, and 25′ x 12′) No matter which size you choose, you’re sure to have plenty of swimming area as well as a good amount of space for just hanging out. With all of the different size options available the Goliath pool is a great fit for many different backyards.

Little Bob

Little Bob Pool Model

The Little Bob pool from Thursday Pools is a medium sized rectangle pool. This pool has full width steps across one end of the pool as well as a large bench on either side of the steps. The far end of the pool is wide open which provides plenty of room for swimming, floating or pool games. The Little Bob pool is a flat bottom pool with a depth of 4′ 6″. With the flat bottom on this pool it means it has no slope so it’s a great pool if you plan on playing lots of pool volleyball or pool basketball. The Little Bob pool can also have an under mounted automatic pool cover installed. If you love this flat bottom rectangle pool, but would also like a built in tanning ledge and wading area then the Little Bob LX might be the perfect pool for you. If you like the design of this rectangle pool, but want a little smaller sized pool the Sea Turtle could be a great option for you. If you’d like a larger rectangle shaped flat bottom pool the Spirit pool could be a great pool for you. The Little Bob pool is installed in Illinois by Signature Pools.

Pinnacle

Pinnacle Pool

The Pinnacle pool from Leisure Pools is one of the most sought after fiberglass pools in the United States. It is a contemporary version of a classic rectangle pool with a built in tanning ledge and plenty of swim space. The shallow end of the pool has a full width tanning ledge/sun shelf area that is approximately 6′ 6″ long by 15′ 6″ wide. This is a perfect area to lay back and relax either on the pool itself or in a ledge lounger chair. With a water depth of approximately 15″ the tanning ledge area is also a perfect space for small children to splash around and get comfortable being in the water (with adult supervision of course).

In front of the tanning ledge area is a full width bench that also serves as a step down into the main swimming area. The deep end of the pool has two benches along the sidewall of the pool. Each of these benches also has a small step on it that can be used to get in or out of the pool. The rest of the pool is wide open so you’ll still have plenty of space for swimming, floating, playing, or almost any other pool activity you desire.

The Pinnacle pool is 15′ 6″ wide and is available in lengths of 30′, 35′, and 40′. The Pinnacle 40 fiberglass pool, Pinnacle 35 fiberglass pool, and the Pinnacle 30 fiberglass pool are all installed in Illinois by Signature Pools. If the Pinnacle pool checks all the boxes for you but is a little too large we’d recommend checking out the Summit pool. The Summit pool is the same concept as the Pinnacle but is 14′ wide and comes in lengths of 30′ or 35′.

If you like the modern design of this rectangle pool, but would also like a built in spillover spa we’d recommend you check out the Ultimate fiberglass pool. The Ultimate is the same design as the Pinnacle except a spillover spa is added into the tanning ledge area of the pool.

Reflection Model Pool

The Reflection model pool from Leisure Pools is a modern designed rectangle shaped fiberglass pool. With a wide open swim lane this pool has a great area for those looking to exercise or swim laps. One side of the pool has a stylish full length bench for the whole family to sit back and relax. The Reflection pool is a perfect pool for families looking for a true rectangle shaped pool, but who don’t necessarily want or need a larger sized pool. The Reflection is available in lengths of 23′, 26′ 3″, 29′ 7″, and 32′ 10″ so it is a great option for anyone looking for a small to medium sized rectangle pool. Being a perfect rectangle all 4 models of the Reflection pool will allow for the installation of an undermount recessed automatic pool cover. If you love the vibe of the Reflection pool but would still like a tanning ledge or splash deck area we’d recommend checking out the Reflection with Splash Deck pool. The Reflection pool is sold and installed in Illinois by Signature Pools.
